       - Go to the top right of this page and click on "Application."

• Is the application process free?

       - Yes

• How do I complete the application?

       - Please place N/A on any line that does not pertain to your situation.

       - On page One of the application you MUST have all Birthdays and Social Security Numbers of all family members.

       - Page 5 of the application under "Reference Information" we NEED THE HISTORY of the LAST FIVE YEARS of where you lived with

         MONTHS & DATES.

       - If the application is not filled out completely YOU WILL NOT BE PLACED ON THE WAITING LIST.

• How do I get a completed application to Fountain View Apartments?

       A) Drop the application off at 909 Grinde Dr C7 Fountain CO 80817 (Place application inside the flap on the door)

       B) Mail the application to:  Fountian View Apartments 909 Grinde Dr C7 Fountain, CO 80817

       C) Scan and email application to:  sitemanager@fountainviewapartments.org

 

• Do you accept out of state applications?

       - Yes

• Do you mail a receipt showing I'm on the wait list?

       - Yes 

​

• Once on the waiting list, when does the approval process begin?

       - Your credit history, rental history and back ground check will not begin until you are on top of the "wait list" and only when a

         unit is potentially ready.

• How long is the wait list?  

       - Up to one year or longer.  Once you have applied click on "Availability" on this website to see where you are at on the list.  

         Look for the first four letters of your last name. We update the list every 30 days.

• Can I call the office at Fountain View apartments to see what number I am on the list?

       - Go to our website fountainviewapartments.org and click on "Availability" to see where you are on the list. There is no way

          I can determine wait times.

• What are your office hours?

  • Monday _ Closed

  • Tuesday - 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm 

  • Wednesday - Closed

  • Thursday - 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm 

  • Friday- 6:30 am - 8:30 am

  • Saturday - 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

• Do you have apartments to show?

       - All apartments are occupied and we do not have a model.  You can see floor plans on our website.

• Do you accept pets?

       - Service Animals & Emotional VERIFIED Support Animals Only

• How much is rent?

       - Rent is income based and determined at the time of signing a lease.  At this time two bedrooms rent for $625 to $792 a month.  

         1 Bedrooms are $515 to $694 a month.

• Do you have one bedroom units?

       - Yes

​

• Do you have three bedroom units?

       - No

​

• Do you have washer & dryer hook ups?

       - Yes 2 bedroom only

​

• Do units have air conditioners?

       - No

​

• Do units have heaters?

       - Yes

• How much is the deposit?

      - Your deposit equals your first months rent.

• Do I pay for electricity?

       - Yes

• Do you check rental history, credit history and complete back ground checks?

       - Yes

• Do you lease to felons?

       - No

• How many people can live in a two bedroom?

       - 2 to 5 people
