We do not have any apartments currently available.

The waiting list is shown by providing the first four letters of the applicant's last name. Our waiting list is maintained by a combination of date/time received, income level, and household size. For this reason there are two waiting lists. The first list has the applicants with highest priority. The second list has the remainder of the applicants and may change based on new applications received.

Our average waiting time has dropped and is we are currently estimating 6+ months.
